Whisk Away is an eclectic and inspiring culinary company offering a unique variety of gourmet sweets and savory dishes as well as cooking classes and catering for any event. Whisk Away is adored for its beautifully crafted, hand made desserts and incredibly delicious entrees, sandwiches, soups, salads, and appetizers.

It all began in 2010 when owner, Laura Prichard, moved back to her hometown of DeWitt to open Whisk Away Cafe and Bakery. After a year of planning and preparing, Whisk Away opened its doors in December 2011. As the years passed and the business evolved, Whisk Away transitioned from a storefront to a full-time catering company.

While the structure has changed, Whisk Away’s goal has remained the same which is to bring the comfort of hearty dishes and spectacular sweets to your table at affordable prices. Our staff’s expert knowledge and courteous service offers customers a personal experience where any needs can be accommodated. Everything from our bread to our soups to our pastries and cakes are all made from scratch in house. At Whisk Away we use fresh, high-quality ingredients when preparing our entrees and desserts.
